Wall Ball Head

Some courageous overhead squatting yesterday with numbers suggesting
next Wednesday’s New Total will be epic. The focus, concentration and unnerving willpower has been present in our squat sessions lately, and we expect a big turnout of athletes and supporters for the Feb 25th evening session. The BBQ will be firing so bring something to eat after the lifting has been completed. The following Saturday at 930am will be our first big Open throw down so keep that pencilled in ..:-)
