An amazing night of redo's for 15.2 last night with most athletes bettering or in some cases destroying their Saturday scores. There will be one last session at midday for those that trained on Friday or Sunday, are feeling fresh and reckon they have a few more reps in them . Please remember to submit your scores before 2pm so I can validate them . We will be having our annual prize giving cocktail evening at the completion of the Open so stay tuned for the date. Also lets get amped for the CFN Training and Yoga Camp the week after Easter at McClaren Falls near Tauranga. This beautiful venue, awesome coaches and friends , and the last throw before summer bails on us is well worth changing any plans you may have !
