Week 2 of the Open has wrapped up and we were exposed to some very difficult gymnastic movements in the toes to bar, the pull up and the bar muscle up. Whether successful or not your efforts to get that elusive rep will bear fruit one day soon. The coaches keep hearing ” I cant do a pull up, I cant do a muscle up “..but with patience, perseverance and practising the progressions set by your expert coaches regularly, your development as an athlete will happen sooner or later… But great work everyone who took part and supported each other. CFN..What an extraordinary community of cool people!
