Either way your hips and shoulders, ankles and wrists will be required to push you to new places. You've done the work. Now come and refine your joints  for the painstorm that will hit  them this Friday or Saturday. CFN is a 'body shop' where your time invested in your tissue and joint management will see to it that you come through the Open fitter , stronger and faster than you've ever been..but know in your heart that you've given your best shot. Your family, friends , colleagues and neighbours can see it by the way they loo at you. We may never reach the 'ninja' awesomeness that CF produces , but we sure as hell appreciate the hard work that goes in and you can't disagree that the journey is awesome!
