A brilliant display of patience and humility in what was probably the toughest wod to date in the Open. Engines were revved, bodies left strewn and new stuff was learned to make us even more aware of how good we could be if we remain consistent, humble and never ever stop trying 'the impossible'. Tonight we welcome fresh meat to the gym so be sure to say a big welcome and mention that the hurting eventually stops...;-)
