Wow how quickly six months rolls around! This workout is also known as ‘The Open Test’ which we throw at you before the CF Open to test your capacity. If you haven’t been exposed to TSL then here is a chance to see what you like, and what you don’t like. If you can make it to the barbell then its all mental from there.
