TEAM WOD

Teams of 3 :

A : Scoots 200 m

B : 1 Rope Climb

2 Wall Climb

3 Deadlift ( 80/50)

4 Burpee over Bar

C :   Cartwheel 5 m

Athletes switch when ‘scooterer’ returns from 200 m.
