Just under three weeks before we assess our strength in ” The Other Total “.  On Wednesday 14th October at 530 pm we will have the pleasure of lifting heavy in the Clean, the Bench Press and the Overhead Squat with one of sports all time greats , NZ’s own Precious McKenzie. He will be there to provide advice and inspiration to get courageous under the bar, and we expect the PB bell to be rattling all night. $25 on the night. A glass of wine and BBQ included.
