Its been over a year since we sweated this one out. A tough but fair test on endurance and stamina that you will remember for a while. This workout is not to be gamed, meaning all out sprint for every single movement, think of it like a 3 minute boxing round where you can’t let up at any moment during the round. And after the 530pm class we have entertainment of the highest order with The War To Settle The Score between Adam and Greg , and heavyweights Donny and Roman. Bring your raincoat ;)
