We’ll partner up for a bike and dumbbell workout. The partner on the farmer’s carry and dumbbell hang clean and jerk sets the pace for the workout but partners on the bike will need to keep a steady pace in order to keep the calories ticking over. Sweat Fest this one..

Partner 1 will accumulate as many calories on the bike as possible while P 2 completes one round of the DB complex. Once they complete the round , athletes will switch stations
