This week has been tough but fair. The longer workouts, the greater volume and the multiple exercises needs a concentrated effort to prepare well for this week. Any extra time before the class should start with a gentle warm up then attack those tender muscles with the balls and rollers provided. Force yourself into the desired ‘shape’ and work around the area of restriction. Use the coaches. Ask them for appropriate solutions to your problems. Thats what we’re trained for. Thats what you pay for. Remember, technique before consistency before intensity. Always.
