Happy Birthday to this guy. The only man in history to hold two NZ Masters titles in CrossFit and Tennis. The sun will shine and the lunchtime class will be loud and animated so come get your wod on with the one and only Bucket. And this Sunday we have reached the halfway point and from there its all about the countdown to summer! Beastwod at 3pm will feature the awesome Hero WOD ‘Glen’ so bring a bevvie or 2 to enjoy after your 100 burpees , then we will go eat some ribs across the road at Hog Heaven. :-P
