Week 7. Today we get after a big overhead squat double. Our Strength cycle will finish with testing on Friday week where NZ Legend Precious McKenzie will be at the box again for ‘ The Other Total ‘. Then a short week to deload and our heaviest squat snatch will be tested on Monday 30th May. Then we begin new Power Lifting cycle testing back squat, shoulder press and deadlift over the following week. And our new 430pm class starts today. These early classes will be on Monday Wednesday and Friday and are a trial basis for now. If the interest remains then they will stay…so use it or lose it!
