
A great first up clean session for 2015 yesterday with PB’s littering the whiteboard again. The New Total on Feb 25 will be enormous if the work is put in now..Nutrition Challenge starts on Feb 1 so talk to the coaches about whats required and register your interest this week.. Today we start our bench press cycle so get in early, warm up well and get amongst it!
