Partner Up today for our pre Open testing favourite  wod. 3 weeks down on the Challenge and peeps are looking good! Nothing official yet but there appears to be a whole lot of lean strong people heading into the final week of preparations for the Open. Wednesday night's New Total will see previous PB's tumble the way we've been going in the lead up..Then next Saturday 28th March is your invitation to compete in the Open, then stay and support your mates , rock to DJ Slice and enjoy a decent BBQ feed for $10 from 11am...Later on around 7pm we invite the Nutrition Challenge Crew back to the box for a Paleo Pot Luck Dinner, and a wee drink to celebrate the month that was, the first Open workout completed and generally to tell each other about our growing awesomeness . REMINDER of Dani's Double Under Workshop this Sunday 1.30 pm before Beastwod. :-)
