In teams of 2 :

In 8 minutes : 4 x 400 m run (hill) then max  plate burpee

then

In 10 minutes : 4 x 400 m then max Ground to Overhead w/ plate

then

In 12 mins : 4 x 400 m then Max OH Walking Lunge

* Alternate 400 m run, then divide reps equally .
