And so we begin our last round of the Wendler Strength Cycle for 2019. We will test our 1 RMs again on Wednesday 31st July in the CrossFit Total then we build our barbell skills and a big 12 week stamina drive to have us salivating for the 2019 October CrossFit Open. Lets get some consistency on the whiteboard, approach your workouts with patience and intelligence and see those improvements come, maybe not immediately..but they will come. Staying away from the gym..? Well, nothing happens.
