One thing about CrossFit is that we can identify with the heroes of the sport because we’re not beer guzzling hot dog munching observers but that we know the hurt that comes with throwing balls at walls, jumping on boxes , and generally getting smashed daily as active participants of this wonderful sport called CrossFit.
