Friday Front Squats are ongoing regardless of yesterdays squat clean and jerk wod. A chance to build some stamina in the wheels and refine those positions from top to bottom. Then we get out and lunge a little, hit some deads  and enjoy the Morgan St lung burn. A tasty wod with great benefits.
