The incredible display over the weekend of the worlds fittest athletes gives us a more complete understanding of the need to maintain good technique over every thing we do. Those at the top of the leaderboard are generating more force with bigger loads and moving faster due to thousands of hours of practice at lighter loads and consideration to structure and positioning. Today we continue on a ‘snatch binge’ so get in early to avoid your burpees  :-)
