Our gymnastics day will involve new skills development from now till Christmas . Movements like rope climbs, double unders, pistols and handstands will get a regular going over on Tuesdays so when the Open rolls around in late February we will be up-skilled and ready!

25/20 Cal Assault Bike
*complete the required reps at each station then transition to the next after 2 minutes.
Your rest is the remainder of the 2 minutes.
