A big week with some very heavy weightlifting to round out our ‘Swole Cycle’. Although we have had disruptions we can all admit that gains have been achieved and we are stronger, faster and more robust to handle life’s forces. After our testing on Friday we move to a skill development block focusing on gymnastics and Oly Lifting. Good Times ahead!
