Rest 2 minutes between sets
WOD
” Quicksand ”
Min 1-3: 6 Snatch (40/25)
Min 4-6: 5 Snatch (50/30)
Min 7-9: 4 Snatch (60/40 )
Min 10-12: 3 Snatch ( 70/45)
Min 13-15: 2 Snatch (80/50)
The goal is to cycle these as quickly with unbroken sets if possible.
