Teams of 3 :

AMRAP 30

Partner A:
Max reps of the following triplet:

30 Alt DB Snatches (22.5/15)
30 Goblet Squat (22.5/15)
30 Cal Row

Partner B:
Run 400 m (Morgan street)

Partner C :
Rests

A will do as many reps as possible until B returns from their run.
A will then run 400 m immediately .
B will rest while C begins where A has left off.
Players will rotate the the runner returns.
The goal is MAX REPS accumulated over 30 minutes as a team.
