Week 3 of our strength cycle and we start to focus on our brace and our rhythm. Hit depth and come out hard with real purpose. If you lack the confidence to find the depth needed then take weight off the bar. Today we have a lot of overhead squat reps to get so set those shoulders , press up hard and keep the squat going!


Back Squat 5 x 3 reps @ 75%

Hip Thruster 5 x 10 reps

Perform a superset every 3 minutes.
