Our last Snatch tech session before we test both the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch next Tuesday in the Oly Total. Capacity and the need to sustain work for longer periods will feature heavily through to Christmas when our last workout of the year is one that going to need a bit of stamina to support the 12 Days of Christmas!
