We have been remodelling your snatch and clean and jerk tech for over 12 weeks now and today is a chance to get a big weight overhead safely and efficiently . Remember our Summer Shred Body Scan Retests will be held in the lounge from 5pm tomorrow. The results will give us more reason to continue with smarter nutritional choices, and perhaps give you motivation for a big last 2 weeks in the box before we settle in to our Xmas break!
