Some big 3RM personal bests starting to surface as we approach the end of the Winter Cycle. And the news is good if you like back squats AND Olympic weightlifting ..we will be continuing with the squatting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with gymnastic skills throughout the week, but Tuesday will be our Snatch Day and Thursday our Clean and Jerk Day!
