Hope you’ve all had a good break. The body has been rested, nourished and restored so we can reset the dial, get some light loads on our backs and overhead, and build a greater movement pattern than before. This benchmark is just simply awesome, and because you cannot overhead squat the prescribed load does mean you should miss it. One class only at 530pm.
