Come and train with us! Our passionate coaches are both certified and practicing CrossFitters who know how scary it can be to start something new, exciting and challenging.
Once you graduate from our Intro Programme you will be eligible to train with a choice of 5 daily sessions. To achieve optimum results you need to turn up regularly and consistently and commit to training at least three times per week, four or more is recommended and preferred.

All payments non refundable (or at owners discretion). Please note we need 3 weeks notice for cancelling Direct Debit contracts and no refunds are given unless cancellation is emailed in writing.
Drop-Ins
We welcome travelling CrossFitters to CrossFit Newmarket. If you are from another box and have been CrossFitting for longer than 3 months you can sign up to any of our group classes.
Personal Coaching
One-on-one coaching is available for athletes at all levels by appointment and starts at $60 per session.
Private training can be an option if you would like to receive extra help on specific movements or techniques, recovering from an injury, or would like to take your fitness to the next level. For further details or to book a private session contact us.
