Once you graduate from our Intro Programme you will be eligible to train with a choice of 5 daily sessions. To achieve optimum results you need to turn up regularly and consistently and commit to training at least three times per week, four or more is recommended and preferred.

We welcome travelling CrossFitters to CrossFit Newmarket. If you are from another box and have been CrossFitting for longer than 3 months you can sign up to any of our group classes.

Personal Coaching

One-on-one coaching is available for athletes at all levels by appointment.

Personal training can be an option if you would like to receive extra help on specific movements or techniques, you’re recovering from an injury, or would like to take your fitness to the next level. For further details, pricing information or to book a private session contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions

The age for Crossfit Junior classes is 7 to 16 years old. To become a Crossfit member you are required to be over the age of 18.

We have a 10 WOD concession card — enquire about it or have a chat with us.

Suspensions can only be made if it is for a period longer than 14 days.
REFUNDS on cancelled contracts (3 months/ 6 months/ 12 months) will NOT be granted unless circumstances are deemed unavoidable by the management, including relocation overseas ( outside a 10km radius) or injuryincurred at the facility under regular supervised usage.

Proof of relocation is required through suitable documentation.
Proof of injury is required through a doctors verification certificate (physiotherapists, chiropractors and muscle therapists are EXCLUDED)
REFUNDS will be granted if the above conditions are met and include:

3 months (50% refund if less that 6 weeks training completed)
6 months (50% refund if less than 3 months training completed)
12 months (50% refund if less than 6 months training completed)
ALL Contracts less than 3 months require 2 weeks notification of intent to cancel in writing to Ange at or Text messages/ voicemail or Facebook Messenger notifications are deemed void.

Occasionally we’ll put on specialist classes or workshops which are an extra cost on top of your membership. All these specialist classes are optional and don’t interfere with any of the general sessions.

Prior to joining, an Intro Programme must be completed. Please refer to our Intro Programme page to view the next available intro training course.

Getting people fit is our specialty so it doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are when you join, all CrossFit workouts can be scaled to your fitness level. If you are worried about an injury/current niggles, mobility or stability issues come in and have a chat with one of the coaches who will be able to assist you in increasing your fitness level in a safe and controlled way. However, we are unable to offer medical advice and therefore we do advise that you talk to your physician before partaking in any exercise regimen.
