Bec Wall Ball

Today we test our absolute strength lifting heavy off the floor. Then we get after some volume in the first 21 to 3 since the Open Workout ‘14.5’ back in January. Reminder of our Oly Lifting class with Craig at 630pm. There will be no WOD during this class but you will be encouraged to set a deadlift 1 RM.
