A massive day in the CrossFit Total with PB’s again littering the whiteboard! Lots of newbies hitting their first CFT’s which will be measured again in 6 weeks when the gains will be there for all to see. Measure Up Testing Day will now feature over 2 sessions due to the volume we need to get through.
