Great result from the All Blacks in the quarters as we roll on in the World Cup. Today we hit testing after our awesome Oly cycle over the last 9 weeks. A slight change in the program as we set a new course for the CrossFit Total on Thursday 10th December . We will continue to practice and building our Olympic Lifting skills on Wednesday nights with Coach Craig at 630pm Barbell Club. But for the next 8 weeks its all Power Lifting! Get Some!
