
The lunchtime crew from Falkel yesterday gathered together to farewell Ollie Cubitt, off on his big OE today but not before inviting y’all to go smash “Linda” with him at 6am . Also known as the “3 Bars of Death” this workout was my first ever CrossFit workout 4 1/2 years ago, and a first at CFN. You too may feel it / dream about it weeks later..;-)
