We will still continue with our front squat cycle but will partner up for a special Waitangi Day WOD following the squatting. And a special welcome to Coach Dennis' better half Iva , who will be running Yoga classes every Wednesday night at 730pm, and again at 1030am on Saturdays. Classes are FREE to Unlimited members.
