Great effort from everyone who went big in the New Total yesterday. PB’s a plenty and many in their first ever total! But today we rev the engine a little after a great big joint and soft tissue stretch and roll session to restore function. Then on Friday we gather in the lounge to munch our paleo snacks while keenly awaiting the announcement of the first workout of the 2015 Open. For those that have just gotta have a crack there will be judges on hand to score, or you can just practice and hone the 15.1 movements if desired. Go You Red Skulls!!
