Back to business for our Mighty Masters and the rest of us up-skilling on Tuesdays. Today we stay off the barbell and work on maintaining tight postures, then implementing the ‘core to extremity’ principles for optimal force generation. Yep, we go climb some walls and swing off pull up bars basically. And check the WB for all sorts of events coming up, particularly CFN’s entry into the awesome NZ Fitness League. This 5 week comp features squad selection from the entire box depending on skill/strength level and availability, to go up against our fellow CF’rs from around Auckland.  Check FB for details. :-)
