1 Rope Climb
5 Squat Clean (50/30)
10 DB Push Up *
Run 200 mtrs
* Chest must touch the ground between DB’s for RXD
**One athlete completes a full round or rope climb/squat clean and deficit push up, while their partner runs 200 metres.
After the round is completed partners will switch so BOTH athletes go through each movement an even amount of times. Score = total reps per team.
