Today we begin the next strength cycle focussing on the power lifts for the Big August 26th CrossFit Total. We will squat on Mondays and Fridays, deadlift on wednesdays and sundays, and aim to press on thursdays and saturdays. Obviously the demands of this cycle may prevent you from fulfilling the required training volume, so talk to the coaches about fitting it in. But dig out your old totals and start to think hard about what you got..and what you gonna get!
