Great to see everyone so positive at the halfway stage of the challenge . Some have been 'found ' out and of course your honesty and integrity will see to it that your burpees are  completed. But we must also ask the question 'what do we really want' ? The underlying reason for the Nutrition challenge is to cleanse and attain new strength to stay on task for meeting our goals. The simple penance of burpees for violations/indiscretions my achieve caloric balance but have we really met our goals of committment and perseverance in the face of temptation ? The same can be said for the need to 'not do without' by substituting whole 'paleo' foods for refined , but still feel the desire to consume cakes, muffins, pizza and the like albeit 'paleo'...Its still calories guys, and if you want to lose weight, be leaner and even ripped then the news is bad. It just aint gonna happen . :-( Its in the 100 words as you walk in the door. Eat meat and veg, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar..Now lets get real for the next 2 weeks, cut out the s**t, and put yourself on the edge a little. Then watch them gainz ;-)
