Welcome back! Our incarceration is over and its time to immerse yourselves in this wonderful community of hard working athletes again! We have put in place procedures for your comfort and safety and coaches will be on hand to ensure you will be guided carefully through your ‘re-introduction’ to CFN group classes. As usual all workouts will be released and push notifications sent to your phones each night.

You will need to book into each class. Please don’t just rock up and ‘squeeze in’ as our Influx booking system is our Contact Tracing System and we are mandated by law to provide these details if the need arises.
