All morning and lunchtime sessions will be set aside for working on those movements we suck at..think kipping handstand push ups, ring dips, pull ups, rowing or overhead squats. This week we have covered most of what could be announced in 17.3 at 2pm, but we need to think outside just preparing for a 5 week competition. As we progress in our CF journey the bigger picture should be to focus on the kinks in our armour plating. And keep Saturday 930am free for the Open Mega Session!
