Today we go at what sucks. Choose a movement and spend 30 seconds refining it. Then choose another and take 30 seconds to refine that exercise. Think double unders, pull ups, handstand walking or holding, pistol squats, cleans..anything at all. Talk to the coaches and ask for a rep scheme for your pleasure. The 530pm session will be open for anyone who wants to go at 16.1 or practice the movements . The lounge will be hosting the 16.1 announcement at 2pm if anyone wants to pop down. :-)

Talk to the coaches and ask for a rep scheme for your pleasure. The 530pm class will open for anyone who wants to hit 16.1 or practice the movements. Oh and the lounge will be open at 2pm for the announcement on the big screen :-)
