Today we go at what sucks. Choose a movement and spend 30 seconds refining it. Then choose another and take 30 seconds to refine that exercise. Think double unders, pull ups, handstand walking or holding, pistol squats, cleans..anything at all. Talk to the coaches and ask for a rep scheme for your pleasure.
