After an astonishing CrossFit Total on Friday we now realise that the program works. The numbers don’t lie. If you do the work and stay consistent then the strength gains are all yours to enjoy. Personal bests were experienced by everyone and there’s more, a lot more to come.

Today is the years’s shortest day and we can never forget that summer bodies are built in winter. So lets keep the momentum going, get this one done and crack on with Part 2 of our strength cycle.
