Junior CrossFit starts tomorrow and again on Thursday at 4pm. We also have a new class starting this Saturday at 830am so get the kids amongst it before your 930am class and tire them out a bit! This also means that the 8am class will now start at 730am. REMINDER that payment can be made for Wednesday night’s ” The Other Total with Precious McKenzie ” through our bank account.
