
Week 2 of our strength cycle means we add a few reps on our Friday loads and stay committed throughout the lift. The CFN Awesomeness Camp was unfortunately crashed upon by Mother nature, and we all came home a wee bit soaked and down hearted. But it only means we will plan for a bigger better weekend for next time!!
