We are in week 8 of our handstand/ ring dip cycle and our strength and stability is now showing. We need to start a countdown to our 3rd season of the NZ Fitness League and our team will be  as strong as possible. If you want to consider yourself for team selection then talk to the coaches about areas of your ‘wheel’ to work on. This is a chance to hone in on your weaknesses rather than avoid them by cherry picking your wods. Start by getting your ‘nastics on today. Reminder Hoodie orders close on Wednesday night at 8pm.
