Amazing efforts all round with Fran yesterday with no less than 18 PB’s! Good to see a big turnout after the Easter break. CrossFit Newmarket have always had a strong tradition of ANZAC DAY wods , so this Friday morning we will gather for the dawn parade , then meet at 8am and go at the mighty Hero workout ‘Bull’. To do this RX’d will be by coaches advice only, but scaling options will be available . $10 will get you a BBQ feed and wee glass of bubbles to toast the diggers on this very special day in NZ’s history.
