50 Jumping Pullup
50 Kettlebell Swing (16/12)
50 Walking Lunge
50 Knee to Elbow
50 Push Press (20/15)
50 Back Extension
50 Wall Ball
50 Burpee
50 Double Under
Complete 50 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next.
